General Questions
This platform empowers Filipino citizens to be active partners in nation-building. It provides a simple and direct way to report incidents, share sentiments, and provide valuable data to local governments and law enforcers to help them create a safer and more responsive Philippines.
You can report a wide range of incidents, both urgent and non-urgent. This includes categories such as Crime, Traffic, Floods, Fires, Health emergencies, Sanitation issues (e.g., uncollected garbage), Public Works concerns (e.g., potholes, broken streetlights), and even economic data like unusual Food Prices. You only need to report in your own words (English, Tagalog or Taglish) since we are powered by AI.
Reports from registered and verified users appear on the public map immediately. Reports from anonymous users are first sent to an administrator for review to prevent spam and false information. The anonymized data and insights are then processed by the AIRA Command Center and shared with the appropriate local government units (LGUs) and law enforcement agencies to enable data-driven action.
Privacy & Safety
Absolutely. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. It is only used to verify your account and is never sold or shared with third-party marketers. Data shared with government agencies is aggregated and anonymized to focus on the incident itself, not the reporter.
Yes. You have the option to submit reports without logging in. While we encourage creating an account for faster report visibility and to track your submissions, anonymous reporting is a core feature to ensure everyone can contribute safely.
Reporting Guidelines
Please report responsibly. Ensure your media is factual and directly related to the incident. Do not upload content that is overly graphic, violent, or contains sensitive personal information of others (e.g., faces of minors, license plates where not relevant). Spreading fake news or manipulated media is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
If you see an incident on the map that you believe is false, spam, or violates our guidelines, you can flag it for review. Simply click on the marker on the map to open its popup, where you will find a "Report as malicious" link. Our team will review all flagged content promptly.
